Aglianico - Montesole

Recent improvements in wine making practices in the Southern of Italy have started yielding rich wines from Aglianico. These wines have strong fruit flavours and pair very well with meat dishes. Harsh when young but after ageing they really soften and reveal lovely plummy flavours. 

Cabarnet Sauvignon Riserva - Chile

Deep ruby, red in colour, on the nose this wine exhibits lifted notes of dark cherry, cinnamon, cloves, and expresso bean . In the mouth flavours of cassis, dark plum and nutmeg dominate. Rich yet elegant tannins impart fine structure and a long finish. 

Carmenere Riserva - Chile

 Intensely violet in colour, on the nose this wine exhibits heady notes of cedar, bacon fat, and graphite with just a hint of fresh lavender. In the mouth an initial attack of black cherry, sweet tobacco and cinnamon gives way to just a touch of earthiness and ripe ball pepper. Ripe tannins and fresh acidity combine to give good balance and length.

Primitivo - Cignomoro

A very intriguing and nose complex offering aromas of spiced plum, vanilla, new leather and smoked meat. Dry, with a sweet fruit core, fine tannins, good weight and a generous mouth feel. This is a powerhouse of a wine. Full bodied with a medium long finish.

Chianti Classico - DOCG Poggio Bonelli

Sourced from blocks planted on grey clays mixed with sand and with an average wine age from 8 – 20 years. Baked apple, roasted corn, haystack and buttery aromas define the nose on this full-bodied, fully Oaked Chardonnay from Western Casablanca.Flavours run towards baked apple, barrel spice and minerality. Finishes oak, peppery and resiny. 

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG

This wine is made from grapes harvested in various vineyards located on hills in the Valpolicella Zone (Mezzane and Tregnano Hills). Different sources and different grape varieties are important to obtain well balanced wines with fine structure that only a few single areas in the Valpolicella zone can provide.Strong structure of clay and limestone, aged in a Slovakian oak barrel for 3 years. Clear and transparent with a strong ruby colour. A must for wine experts and wine lovers.
