A traditional Maltese ftira, opened & topped, cooked in oven with tuna mix (capers, olives, onions, tomatoes) and finished with peppered goat’s cheese and basil dressing.
Brungiel Mimli (Stuffed Aubergines)
2 Medium sized grilled Aubergines filled with minced beef, tomato puree, pepper, garlic clove, gozo cheese, grana padano and tomato sauce.
Stuffat tal-Fenek (Local Fresh Stewed Rabbit for one person)
Rabbit portions, red wine,onions, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, green peas. Cooked in a Maltese traditional way.
Traditionally Maltese cooked rabbit, garlic, white wine, touch of chili, complemented with rabbit gravy and chips. Can be shared between 2 to 3 persons.
Local Fresh Rabbit (One Portion)
Traditionally Maltese rabbit cooked in wine, garlic, onions, and touch of chili, complimented with rabbit sauce. Served with chips and salad.
Choice of pasta, peas, herbs, complemented with a homemade rabbit sauce.
